Here's how you join my 12 week coaching program designed to help women of all ages reframe  how they feel towards their body using a science meets hippy approach to understanding their hormones, anatomy, wellbeing and body shape. 

So they can have a deeper understanding how their body functions,  what it’s capable of and what it needs to function optimally with  energy, vibrancy and lust for life.

Food for Medicine        

To achieve long lasting clarity of mind, regain energy and pleasure, you need to be able to work out the foods and lifestyle choices that work for your body.

This can change with time, life circumstance and age, you need a method that allows you too tolerant and adjust.  It needs to be sustainable, simple, easy to implement and doesn’t affect your social life for long period of time.

The WHAV method will help you understand how food plays a key roll in brain fog, inflammation, microbiome, hormones and sleep: hence how you feel, your ability to navigate yourself as well as life, have energy and stress less.

Functional Movement for Longevity 

The second thing you need is a plan for exercise and movement that fits into your lifestyle, your hormone cycle and supports the changes your body is goes through, and does not cause you any physical or emotional stress.

You will regain flexibly, nervous system stability with develop more strength, all the while being support with any pain or injury you may have.

If you exercise often but you feel tired, your core feels weak and co-ordination and flexibility is decreasing you are not doing the right type of exercise for where you are at in your life, functional training is a method that helps you age well.

Long Term Strategy

The third thing you need is a long term strategies to navigate you hormonal cycle, body image, increase muscle mass and maintain high energy levels.

This needs to fit into your busy lifestyle, family and work commitments.

Understanding the science of nutrition and wellness for women, understanding mindset, and learning to plan will set you up for long term success and get you off the cycle of fad dieting and exercise for good.

This will help you regain a sense of self physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually and spiritually getting you back in your power again as a woman.

    Any additional costs?:

    • If you need any extra pathology testing for me to work out your exact plan, that will be an extra cost, paid directly to the pathology centre, but we can chat about this during your 1:1. We may be able to ask your doctor for some blood tests which can give some great information, and will not cost you as much. 
    • If you need any supplements, for Australian clients, I can arrange these for 20% discount through my practitioner only suppliers. We'll work out during your 1:1 if you need anything along these lines.
